How to Purchase Products from Our Store

You can place an order online, by phone, or via email.

1. Online Order

You can find the product you wish to order by:
✔ Using the top menu to browse product categories.
✔ Exploring the right-side menu with all categories and subcategories.
✔ Entering keywords in the search bar.

Once you press "Order", the product will be automatically added to your shopping cart.

After adding all desired products to your cart, proceed by clicking the checkout button and completing the following steps:

• Delivery Method
• Order Details: Full name, complete address (County, City, Street, Number, Building, Floor, Apartment, Intercom if applicable).
• Payment Method: Choose between Cash on Delivery (COD) or Credit/Debit Card Payment.

By creating an account with a username and password, you can:
✔ Track your order history & status.
✔ Modify or delete your profile.
✔ Place future orders without re-entering contact details.

2. Phone Order

Call 0743 189 469, and one of our sales agents will process your order.

3. Email Order

You can send your order via email to office@aquator.ro by providing:

✔ Order Details: Full name, complete address (County, City, Street, Number, Building, Floor, Apartment, Intercom if applicable).
✔ Products: Name, Product Code, or Product Link.

Additional Information

✔ No minimum order value is required.
✔ Fast and secure delivery.
