Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with the products purchased from https://www.shop.aquator.ro/ and wish to return them and receive a refund, you can apply for the free product return procedure within 90 calendar days from the date of delivery. This benefit offered to customers does not affect the legal right of withdrawal within 14 days, in accordance with the provisions of Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, as well as for amending and supplementing certain legislative acts. The 90-day return right applies only to customers who have purchased products online from our website.
The customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract within 30 days, without penalties and without having to provide any justification.
Shopaquator.ro will refund all amounts received as payment from the customer without undue delay, and in any case, no later than 30 days from the date it is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw from the contract, in accordance with the provisions of the law.
https://www.shop.aquator.ro/ will refund the mentioned amounts using the same payment methods as those used by the customer for the initial transaction, except when the customer has expressly agreed to another payment method, provided that no commission fees are imposed on the customer as a result of the refund.
Without prejudice to the first paragraph of this section, Shopaquator.ro is not obligated to reimburse additional costs if the customer has explicitly chosen a different delivery method than the standard delivery offered by Shopaquator.ro.
According to Ordinance no. 34/2014, the customer is responsible for covering the direct costs related to returning the products, unless Shopaquator.ro agrees to cover those costs or if https://www.shop.aquator.ro/ has not informed the customer that these costs must be borne by them.
Shopaquator.ro reserves the right to limit the return period to 30 days in the case of repeated returns, regardless of the type of returned product. The customer will be notified via phone call or email if unfair behavior is detected.

In any case of product return (damaged packages, incorrectly invoiced/delivered products, or products with manufacturing defects), the items must be in the same condition, with intact labels, and accompanied by all the documents they originally came with.
Returned products must be in the same condition as they were received: undamaged, without defects (except for hidden defects and those already reported by the customer in correspondence with https://www.shop.aquator.ro/).
